Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan has leased out a 9,209 sq. ft. office space on the 8th floor of the World Trade Centre, EON Kharadi, Pune, to Regus Ruby Business Centre for a three-year term. The property has been let out at a monthly rental of Rs. 6.08 lakh, with an annual rental escalation of 5%. The lease agreement also includes a security deposit of Rs. 11.88 lakh, and in addition to the base rent, the tenant will pay Rs. 13 per sq. ft. per month towards maintenance charges, which will also increase by 5% annually.
EON Kharadi has emerged as a prime commercial hub in Pune, attracting multinational corporations, co-working spaces, and startups due to its strategic location and modern infrastructure.
