Arkade Developers to Redevelop Three Housing Projects in Mumbai

Arkade Developers has announced plans to redevelop three major housing projects in Mumbai, spanning approximately five acres across Andheri East, Malad West, and Borivali West. These redevelopment initiatives will create a saleable carpet area of 5.85 lakh sq ft, with an estimated turnover of 2,150 crore.

Project Highlights

  1. Andheri East:

    • Plot Size: 6,811 sq meters.
    • Saleable Carpet Area: 1.29 lakh sq ft.
    • Projected Turnover: 527 crore.
  2. Malad West:

    • Plot Size: 6,337 sq meters.
    • Saleable Carpet Area: 2.12 lakh sq ft.
    • Projected Turnover: 758 crore.
  3. Borivali West:

    • Plot Size: 7,084 sq meters (largest redevelopment among the three).
    • Saleable Carpet Area: 2.44 lakh sq ft.
    • Projected Turnover: 865 crore.
    • Includes a cluster of four societies, making it a significant community redevelopment project.
