Protean eGov Technologies, a leading e-Governance solutions provider, has leased 68,021 sq ft of office space at One International Center, Lower Parel, Mumbai. Colliers India, a real estate services firm, facilitated the transaction and will also handle the project’s design through its specialized design services team.

According to a recent report by FICCI and Colliers India, India’s commercial real estate market is expected to grow to 65-70 million sq ft by 2025, driven primarily by demand from Global Capability Centres (GCCs). Mumbai, in particular, has seen a fourfold increase in GCC space uptake in 2024 compared to the previous year, solidifying its position as a key commercial real estate destination.
In an unrelated development, actor Sunny Leone recently purchased an office space in Oshiwara, Mumbai, for Rs. 8 crore. The office spans a carpet area of 176.98 sq meters and includes three car parking spaces.
