Mahindra Lifespaces to Redevelop Lokhandwala Project with Rs 950 Crore GDV

Mahindra Lifespace Developers (MLDL), the real estate and infrastructure arm of the Mahindra Group, has been appointed to undertake a major redevelopment project in Lokhandwala Complex, Andheri West, Mumbai. The project, which involves the redevelopment of three residential societies, offers a Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately Rs 950 crore.

This marks Mahindra Lifespaces’ fourth redevelopment project in Mumbai and will be executed under Maharashtra’s cluster redevelopment policy. The company continues to strengthen its footprint in the city’s redevelopment sector, leveraging its expertise in urban renewal and infrastructure development.

In a parallel expansion move, Mahindra Lifespaces' subsidiary, Anthurium Developers (ADL), has recently acquired 8.2 acres of land in North Bengaluru. This land parcel has a developable potential of approximately 0.9 million sq ft of saleable area, with an estimated GDV of Rs 1,000 crore. The acquisition aligns with the company’s strategy of expanding into high-growth markets while reinforcing its position in the Mumbai real estate sector.
