Kolte-Patil Developers has entered into a joint development agreement for a prime 22-acre residential/mixed-use project in Wadgaon Khurd, on Sinhagad Road, Pune. The project boasts a total potential saleable area of approximately 5 million sq. ft., with an estimated gross developable value (GDV) of Rs. 4,000 crore. This strategic move aligns with the developer’s commitment to capital-efficient growth and value creation through partnerships.
