ESR Group Leases 48,800 sq ft Industrial Space to UPM Raflatac in Navi Mumbai

Asia Pacific-focused real estate investment firm ESR Group has leased 48,800 sq ft of industrial space to UPM Raflatac, a business unit of UPM and a provider of sustainable labelling solutions. This space, located in ESR Taloja Industrial & Logistics Park, will help UPM serve its growing Indian customer base and improve operational efficiency. Suresh Valecha, Country Manager of UPM Raflatac, India, emphasized the expansion's alignment with sustainability goals. Abhijit Malkani, CEO of ESR India, highlighted the collaboration's role in enhancing UPM's sustainable supply chain operations. ESR Taloja, spanning 90 acres and adjacent to Taloja MIDC, serves sectors like food processing, FMCG, engineering, pharmaceuticals, cold chain, logistics, and warehousing.
