Bollywood actor Aamir Khan has recently purchased an upscale apartment in Pali Hill, Bandra West, Mumbai, for nearly Rs 10 crore. Khan has officially executed the deed of transfer for this prestigious residential property. The actor acquired the ready-to-move-in apartment, which spans approximately 1,027 square feet (carpet area), for Rs 9.75 crore.
Finalized on June 25th, the transfer deed included a stamp duty payment of Rs 58.5 lakh and a registration fee of Rs 30,000. The property is situated in Bella Vista Apartments, a highly sought-after residential building in the Pali Hills area. Known for its serene environment and lush greenery, Pali Hills is one of Mumbai's most prestigious residential locales, offering a peaceful retreat from the city's hustle and bustle.
